Adding an AirJain Jet Ski Collar is the ultimate upgrade for deep-sea fishing, tow surfing, and rough water riding. Combine it with our professional Rescue Sleds and your PWC becomes the ultimate marine machine. Our system is designed to integrate seamlessly with your PWC's factory lines, replacing the original rub rails for a secure, professional fit.
💡 TOOL CHECK: Before you begin, make sure you have your AirJain Collar kit, the included PVC trims, bolt/nut hardware, a drill (for the PVC trim only), screwdrivers, pliers, and a reliable electric air pump.
Step-by-Step Installation Guide
Step 1 & 2: Prep the Hull
Start by unscrewing and carefully removing the factory front and rear bumpers. Keep the hardware safe. Then, peel off the original factory rub rail (PVC strips) from both sides of the hull. This exposes the factory track.
Step 3 & 4: Position the Collar & Trim
Drape the uninflated Jet Ski Collar over the side. Starting from the front, press the lip of the AirJain collar onto the Sea-Doo hull using the prepared rigid PVC trim provided in your kit.
Step 5: Drill and Secure
Using a drill, create holes through the newly applied PVC trim to align perfectly with your Sea-Doo’s FACTORY MOUNTING HOLES. (Don't worry – you are NOT drilling new holes into your pristine fiberglass hull!) Secure with bolt and nut hardware using an impact driver.
Step 6 & 7: Tighten and Inflate
Work your way to the rear, tightening the hardware along the entire length. Once secured, connect your air pump to the valve and inflate the Jet Ski collar fully until it reaches the recommended rigidity.
Step 8: Final Strapping
Use the integrated straps and ropes to tie the collar firmly to the jet ski's anchor points for maximum security. Finally, reinstall the rear bumper.
